                                                                                                                                                                          ◆孕妇体温超过38.5℃须特别注意

                                                                                                                                                                          一般人若体温高于37℃,即可称为发烧,可是一般人可能必须等到体温高于38℃后,才会明显地感觉到体温上升,并有身体不适感。孕妇的体温比一般人高,因为她新陈代谢速率较快,体温就会略高于平日0.5℃。因此,孕妇的体温上升至37.5℃以上,就考虑是否有发烧的可能了,若是体温超过38.5℃时,就必须特别注意。

                                                                                                                                                                          另外,孕妇体内酶有一定的改变,对某些药物的代谢过程有一定的影响。药物不易解毒和排泄,可有蓄积性中毒,在孕早期胎器官形成时,药物对胎儿有一定的影响,故感冒最好不吃药。

                                                                                                                                                                          1、红糖姜水

                                                                                                                                                                          当孕妇受凉,或感觉要感冒时,喝一碗热腾腾的红糖姜水,然后盖着被子美美地睡上一觉。生蒜、生葱赛过药常吃生蒜、生葱头是预防感冒的好方法。大蒜素胶囊就是从蒜中提炼出来的。蒜不但有预防感冒之功效,还能抑制肠道致病菌。

                                                                                                                                                                          缺锌时,呼吸道防御功能下降,孕妇需要比平时摄入更多的含锌食品,海产品、瘦肉、花生米、葵花子和豆类等食品都富含锌。

                                                                                                                                                                          3、多补维生素C

                                                                                                                                                                          维生素C是体内有害物质过氧化物的清除剂,同时具有提高呼吸道纤毛运动和防御功能。建议多吃富含维生素C的食物或维生素C片剂,如番茄、菜花、青椒、柑橘、草莓、猕猴桃、西瓜、葡萄等。维生素C在加热过程中会大量丢失,烹饪时要注意保护。

                                                                                                                                                                          每天清晨起床洗漱后,用盐水漱口,再喝半杯白开水,不但可预防感冒,还对齿龈的健康有好处,因为孕期齿龈充血,易患齿龈炎。

                                                                                                                                                                          多喝水对预防感冒和咽炎具有很好的效果,每天最好保证喝600~800毫升水。

                                                                                                                                                                          1、苹果蜂蜜水

                                                                                                                                                                          5个苹果,去皮切成小块,加水一升,煮沸5分钟,自然冷却到40C℃左右,加适量的蜂蜜搅拌均匀,每天多次少量饮用

                                                                                                                                                                          2、姜丝萝卜汤

                                                                                                                                                                          姜丝25克,萝卜50克切片,加水500毫升,煮15分钟,加红糖适量,趁热喝下

                                                                                                                                                                          3、葱蒜粥

                                                                                                                                                                          取干净的葱白10根,切碎,大蒜3瓣,大米50克,加水煮成粥,趁热服下。

                                                                                                                                                                          4、橘皮水
